Message from the Headteacher
What a wonderful half term of learning! Every week has been packed with special events and experiences to ensure learning is exciting and engaging. From Friday Celebration Assemblies to Navratri dancing, and spectacular Diwali performances, it has been fantastic to welcome so many parents and carers into school.
Several sporting events have taken place since the start of term and a wide variety of clubs are in full swing to give children a broad range of opportunities after school. It is lovely to hear children developing their musical skills also, learning to play the piano, tabla and recorder.
Next term promises to be filled with even more exciting learning challenges.

Bali Rai’s Visit
Our Year Five team had the privilege of meeting famous children’s author, Bali Rai on Tuesday. Our children were superbly well-mannered but most importantly, inspired to read more. Reading is cool and so are writers – we thoroughly enjoyed meeting and chatting to Bali.

Harvest Donations
We will be celebrating Harvest and reflecting on how lucky we are to have plenty of food when others go hungry during Monday’s assembly. Please send donations of tinned foods to school on Monday. Please give generously. These items will be distributed to local charities. Let’s try to donate even more than last year!
