Quote for the Week
We cannot seek achievement for ourselves and forget about progress and prosperity for our community. Our ambitions must be broad enough to include the aspirations and needs of others, for their sakes and for our own.
Learning Thought of the Week
If teaching and learning is outstanding the pupils should immediately be confident in explaining ‘what they are learning’, ‘why they are learning it’ and ‘what their NEW learning has been’. Articulating this is something that should be an integral part of all lessons.
ParentMail Move
To enable us to communicate with parents and carers effectively we use an electronic system called Parentmail. This means that the majority of letters, information about
events etc., are sent to you electronically. Currently we are using this service whilst also providing paper copies but from week commencing the 6th of May we will be moving the majority of our communications to ParentMail. Please do register. If you do not have access to the internet, have not registered or do not with to receive communications in this way, you will still receive paper copies.
Using ParentMail will enable the school to save a considerable amount of time photocopying, paper, printing costs, postage charges etc. and will be also very environmentally friendly.
If you change email address or mobile number remember to update your details on Parentmail, and please let the school office know too, so that we can update your contact details on the school database. For more information visit our website or see the school office.

Tuesday 30th April – 3.45 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
Wednesday 1st May – 12.45 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.
